We are a group of companies with Romanian capital, in full expansion, which started its activity in Onești, in 1994.
The structure of the group is integrated and has the following areas of activity: agriculture, trade in cereals, oilseeds and vegetables, poultry farming, bakery, pastry and confectionery, catering (own chain of shops - Băcăniile Șerban), distribution and transport.
In all areas of activity we are planning new projects, new opportunities, consolidation of the current business, and all this can only be achieved with the full involvement of human resources, the over 400 employees of the Serban Holding Group, who are the key to our success.
